2 Recommended Ways to Use
1. For LONG range of motion exercises such jumps, bounds, and bear crawls: Attach one spring clip to end of a band to an anchor and one spring clip end of band to your Whatsthatstrap attachment (3D Strap, Chop Handle, HTTR Handle, R3ACT STRAP).
2. For SHORT range of motion exercises: Attach the O-ring + spring clip to an anchor. Thread band through the O-ring and attach both spring clip ends of the band to your Whatsthatstrap attachment (3D Strap, Chop Handle, HTTR Handle, R3ACT STRAP).
