What is the difference between the 3D Strap and 3D Strap Pro? 

The 3D Strap Pro is adjustable in length. The 3D Strap is not. The 3D Strap Pro is strongly recommended for larger bodies (6'4" height or taller / 240 pounds weight or heavier). 

If you are a trainer who does not work with many "NFL and NBA" size athletes, go with the regular 3D Strap. 

Does the 3D Strap come with an instructional manual or workout program?

You can find a number of instructional videos on our Youtube Page (check out the Playlists) that are suitable for trainers, therapists and general customers. Our Instagram Page is updated frequently with new exercises and videos from customers. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

If you are in the USA, you should receive your order in 5-7 business days. You will receive order and shipping confirmation emails. Please check your spam folders as they may land there.

We cannot expedite orders. Orders are processed and built as they are received. 

If you are an international customer, you should receive your order in 7-10 business days. Sometimes, it does take longer but your tracking information will indicate that your package is still on its way.

My tracking info says it was delivered but it wasn't. 

As a business, we will look into this for you. However, we don't have any special contacts at USPS or UPS that can expedite this type of search. We will call your local post office. They should have precise coordinates of the package drop off, that's if they answer the phone. 

Do you offer a discount for ________?

We don't offer discounts other than those that are publicly available on the site and social media. Those include: 10% order discount for email sign up, or 10% off attachments when you order 2 or more, or discounts offered by promotional partners. 

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes. And no. We have been fortunate enough to  partner with a few highly influential exercise professionals who have incorporated our products into their training programs and helped make Whatsthatstrap more visible. 

However, we don't offer affiliate positions on request, nor do we send complimentary product to be reviewed by content creators. We respect the work content creation takes and understand many creators rely on a return for the their content.

To those who incorporate our products into their content: We will do our best to reward and offer partnerships to the exercise professionals who, we feel, reflect industry leading practice and character.
