Shipping and Delivery Expectations

• All products are assembled and shipped from our workshop in Connecticut, USA.
• Most orders will take an average of 3 days to assemble before they ship.
  
• You will receive an email with tracking information when the shipping carrier receives your package. 
• If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email in 7 days following your order, please contact us. 

International Orders - IMPORTANT

You may see "estimated shipping time" information at the time of checkout. This estimated time is provided automatically by the carrier and does not include time to assemble your order. Please allow more time for your order to be delivered. We apologize for this, but we are unable to manually configure this feature at this time.
