The Band Anchor allows you to connect your Resistance Bands to a doorway for in-home and travel use.
Instructions
Thread the Band Anchor through the hinge-side of a doorway and connect the Resistance Band(s) to the carabiner end. Close door securely. It is strongly recommended that you are able to lock your door when using the Band Anchor and Resistance Bands.
